Platform for Property Management
The Max touchscreen has been specifically developed for the centralised control of home and building control systems such as video entry, access and lift control, smart home control for lighting and blinds and energy display as well as providing a portal for property management. Using app based technology to host multiple control systems in a single Android familiar GUI allows manufacturers and integrators the platform to meet the demands of clients wishing to reduce the number of apartment/home control devices.
The Max touchscreen is a professional purpose built device, designed and manufactured by Urmet providing two completely separate networks that share the same display. It is impossible for the two networks to integrate which provides security for the “building” LAN for services such as video entry, leaving the second “local” LAN offering a hard wired connection or WiFi dedicated to the apartment/home. This further simplifies the integration for third party technology partners as the Max behaves like a tablet on the wall.

How to Work Together
Urmet Max developer board, Software development kits (SDK) offers partners flexibility to achieve the functionality desired. Urmet Max Application Program Interface (API) provides partners with the tools they need to develop an integrated solution. The integration development options available allow third party technology partners to use our tools to develop their apps within the Max environment or alternatively, partners can use the Urmet customisable web app to target an IP address to display HTML pages.
Urmet has created simple steps to help our partners through the integration process. Our dedicated support team will be available at each stage to ensure integration features are optimised and once completed our marketing team will be in contact to maximise opportunities.
